What is it about

A unique course in Italy for those who want to learn how to use and match the hemp seed and its derivatives in the preparation of delicious and innovative recipes. Discover the many facets of hemp for food with our cooking classes. A consumer informed of its nutritional richness and new ideas of gastronomy dedicated to the future of the plant, always a source of new inspiration.
At the end of the training course a certificate of participation will be issued.

ADDRESSEE/TARGET: The course is aimed to cooking enthusiasts, restaurant operators, aspiring cooks and all those who want to know how to use the food derivatives of hemp (seeds, oil and flour)


Our course aims to acquire and consolidate the fundamental techniques for the preparation and processing of raw materials, starting from the knowledge of food together with the health aspects of the raw materials. We focus on organic and seasonal ingredients of local origin, to produce a cuisine of the highest quality to be enjoyed with everyone. We marry this innovative ingredient with the Italian culinary culture, creating combinations designed specifically for you. We are pleased to introduce you to the first cooking course studied entirely around an unusual ingredient: Hemp. Thanks to our support you will have the opportunity to know the various benefits that come from eating hemp, how to exploit them in the kitchen and the different ways in which hemp can be cooked. Our course is designed to facilitate the interaction between participants and the exchange of skills with a view to a synergistic collaboration. In doing so, we cultivate the evolution of a promising sector, building from the bottom up, a new supply chain of Italian hemp, step by step.
